The day of your appointment please be sure to drink 16oz (2 cups) of water before and you WILL need to drink 16oz water after. I also advise you to take TYLENOL, ADVIL or IBUPROFEN - whatever your preference of medicine is for pain due to a slight headache that might occur from the machine ringing in your ear during the service. Make sure you're not pregnant, breast feeding, on your menstrual cycle nor have any metal plates in your body. NO caffeine, alcohol, nor sugar the day of and the day after your appointment. &NO FOOD for two hours before and one hour after the procedure. As well as make sure you exercise for AT LEAST 30 minutes after the procedure, this helps drain the fat cells even more.
