This process burns fat cells with low-frequency sound waves beneath the layer of skin, it shrinks and bursts them by reducing the fat, tightening the skin and smoothing away cellulite. You have to make sure the day of your appointment you drink AT LEAST 16oz (2 cups) of water before and you WILL need to drink 16oz of water after.
